How do you treat lower back problems?
I've been having lower back problems lately. I went to see a RN and she told me to take ibuprofen 3 times a day and she gave me some lower back exercises to do. Now my back problems are back. This may sound weird, but when I sneeze I trigger a muscle spasm by my lower back. That crap hurts. I don't know if its a pinch nerve or what. Does anyone know anyone with this problem or how to treat it?

- find a good chiropractor. they prefer to treat back problems without meds. they are great. i have been seeing one for more than 30 years. only 1 of the chiropractors i found was a quack. he was just in it for the money. talk to your friends and see if any of them go to a chiropractor that they trust. good luck oh the reason i go is because my spine was not straight as a kid so i had major pain. and now i do a lot of lifting (A LOT) and that really can provide wear and tear on bones and muscles and ligaments. i go in once a month just to get everything readjusted now. :)
- One time I had a very bad lower back accident in Gymnastics. My back hurt for like 3 months. But what I did is I swiched from cold and hot on my back, like from an ice pack to like a heating pad or somthing. That helped alot.
