What are the best exercises for someone with Sciatica and a lower back problem?
each time i begin to exercise i trigger off my problem, a few days of almost feeling paralysed and it disappears (for awhile)..How am i supposed to get fit when this keep happening!!??

- When you exercise or stretch do you warm up those muscles? this can be very frustrating i know...heres a site where you can view some of the exercises according to what trigger the sciatica...just click and follow the instructions. Putting warm compresses at the glut area can give you some relieve then proceed with your stretches and exercises Good luck and feel better ^i^♥♥ sMT
- Lie on your back. Place whichever side of the leg is hurting up to your chest, but place it like you were going to sit indian style on the floor. so basically make a right angle with the hurt side. then craddle the other leg underneath the hurt leg's ankle and pull toward your chest. do this about 15 times for 1 minute each time. this streches the muscles and helps it not to cramp anymore.
