What Excersizes should i do considering i have lower back and knee problems?

so im not fat but i just really need to get toned up....especially on my thighs and lower abs the problem is i have lower back problems and knee problems. what exercises should i do that wont strain my lower back and knees? & i really want a nice flat stomach. thanks for your help

  1. swimming is an amazing workout for the whole body. there's no impact, so it's good for people with joint problems. it'll firm you up all over too.
