Any women here over 50 (or younger) have problems with very, very low back pain? It seems like it is?
just almost all the time. I was wondering what you do for your pain?

- I am 36 and have suffered back pain ever since giving birth to my son. I use yoga and no more back pain!! It's been like a miracle for me!
- There have been two times in my life that I have had very lower back pain. When I was pregnant and when I had a kidney infection. If those are not the reason a few ibprofinens should do the trick.
- yes,Mine is caused by the spinal tumors and I don't do anything but suffer through the pain.Nothing any doctors I have been to can do about it anyhow or thats what they say so I just suffer 24/7
- if there are not any medical problems, I would suggest for you to go get a massage, and be sure to stretch out your hamstrings and quads every day.. why your hamstrings and quads you may ask? well its because of this... if your hamstrings are tight they are going to pull down on your pelvis creating lower back tension/pain. if your quads are tight then they are going to put strain on a muscle called your illiopsoas (a muscle that runs down the anterior side of your lumbar vertibre through your pelvis and attaches onto your femur (thigh bone) if these are tight then it will actually pull your spine forward creating whats called a hyperlordosis. this too will put strain on your lower back as well.... when you go for the massage, dont go to a "spa" go to either a chiropractic or massage clinic. Ask the therapist to specifically work on your quadratus lumbarum, obliques, deep six rotators, hamstrings, quads, and illiopsoas. Hope this helps *EDIT* please dont use painkillers as they wil just mask the pain and problem at hand...
