Low Back Problems Questions
How do you treat lower back problems? I've been having lower back problems lately. I went to see a RN and she told me to take ibuprofen 3 times a day and she gave me some lower back exercises to do. Now my back problems are back. This may sound weird, but when I sneeze I trigger a muscle spasm by my lower back. That crap hurts. I don't know if its a pinch nerve or what. Does anyone know anyone with this problem or how to treat it?
Does lower back problems effect my possibilities of getting pregnant? So, I've been seeing a chiropractor for some problems I'm having in my neck and back. He (the Dr.) mentioned that the issues in my lower back can effect my reproductory organs. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant so I'm curious as to if and or how this can effect our chances?
Can moderate lower back problems/pain be a cause of diarrhea? Almost every morning, I have moderate diarrhea problems accompanied by or maybe because of moderate lower back pain. I'm just curious if that might be the reason. My next step will be to go to a doctor if it's something more serious, but of course I'd rather not if I don't have to.

Can your sugar dropping too low & too often cause any kind of damage to anything or any health problems? I have a low sugar problem & have recently been having it to drop very low & a lot more often. My brother is a type 1 diabetic & his kidneys are damaged because of his not being controlled & being to high all the time. Just curious if mine being uncontrolled & dropping really low very often can cause any kind of problems for me as well. I get checked often to make sure I don't have diabetes & don't get it & right now I don't have it. I am hypoglycemic.
lower back problems and getting disability benefits? I'm curious if it even cremotely possible for a person to eventually get on permanent disability and claim benefits for a lower back problem? I have been a small private business owner (roofing co.) for 23 years. I have the classic lower back problem, with a few "Extras" My back goes out in a split second from stepping off a curb, rolling out of bed, putting on my shoes. When it's healthy, I can basicallly do anything. Once it goes out, I am basically crippled for a month - 6 weeks at a time. I actually go crooked, can't roll over in bed, have to use a walker, can't even situp. This goes on for 2-3 weeks, followed by slow impovement for 2-3 weeks until I'm back on my feet, then it happens all over again. Any way this would qualify for disability? If not then what options do I have here?
A low credit score causes future credit problems - Do you agree? A low score causes someone in difficulty to have even more problems with higher interest rates, higher insurance rates, maybe a job denied or an apartment denied, and this is another way people get kicked when they are down. Studies that show a low score predicts future credit problems ignore the fact that the low score make it a self-fullfilling prophesy. What do you think?

Reason for lower back problems after three mile run? I've been running almost every other day this week after not having ran consistently for about a year. Everything was going fine and I was making gains but after my latest three mile run I began experiencing some lower back pain when I arch my back backwards. Why would this happen after a run, how can I prevent it and how long would it take to go away? I want to keep running or else I will lose the progressions I have made.
Are there any curvy girls out there that have problems with low-rise jeans fitting properly? I have wide-hips and a small waist and I realize that low-rise jeans in my regular size simply will not fit. They won't even pass my hips. Occasionally, I may find one in a slightly bigger size that works but still has a little bit of skin exposing but sometimes they won't even go up fully all the way. Is there anyone else out there with the same problem or is it just me? Also does anyone else notice that finding pants with regular waist jeans is extremely difficult to find these days? Gap and Old Navy used to be my favorite places to find pants and now I go in these stores and rarely find at-waist boot cut jeans. A year and a half ago I found some in Gap and bought four pairs in different colors. Since then I only found one such pair last year and haven't found anymore since.
What should I do for lower back pain problems? I have intense pain in my lower back that I have gone to a Chiropractor for, but it isn't helping. Lately when I do sit ups a sharp pain accures when I hit a certain angle. I need a non surgical approach because I want to go into the marine corp. Would stretching and excercise do the trick by building up my back muscles? Or is it my spine?

How do I seek help in a back pain problem on a low budget? I have had bad pain in the areas of T4, T6, T10 in the middle of my back for 3 to 4 days now. First I thought it was because I'm big chested and that is why but then I got sick was coughing alot, then I changed cars and the seats are different so I lean back more thinking that is what is making it hurt, I also have 3 boys and was playing with on the floor and thought maybe I hurt it then. I am on a low budget and going to a back dr. is not something I can afford.
Problems with extremely low PH in a freshwater tank? A few months ago I started up a fishtank I have had since I was a kid. Its a 30 Gal Completed the cycling process. I have a HOT magnum marineland filter with a large BIO wheel. More than enough for my tank. I put a couple pieces of driftwood in the tank as well as tons of plants, over time. My tapwater is extremely stable with a PH of 7.0 The driftwood and decaying plant matter has dropped my PH off the test equipments range. Its below 6 and I dont have anything to test lower. I have added PH up daily for over a week and have done at least 25% water changes and VERY thorough cleanings every week. I know that a low PH is normal and everyone says stable is better than adding chems but I dont know if its stable! I cant even test its level I am extremely worried even though I have only lost a couple fish since starting the whole cycle months ago. I dont want to give up my driftwood but some of my fish prefer a 7.2 How can I safely get my PH closer to 7 without shocking the fish? I do have a small piece of limestone. Had it for about a week. Still below the test range. Will add some shells too. I use a very good tap water conditioner and buying store bought water seems a little iffy due to the fact that most store bought adds minerals and such and is usually just their tap water with some filtration. Boy, I love the soup Nazi and I love you lol. I was thinking I would add a larger piece of stone or 2 to go back towards 7 but at the same time I struggle with the hardness. With just the driftwood I of course had pure soft water. When I added the small piece of stone it of course jumped up to med soft. Im afraid if I add much more my water will then be too hard. What a difficult balance, lol. Thanks for the tip about the store bought water too. I didnt know that.

We live in a condo and at first I thought it was just the upstairs shower but after testing my roommates shower in the basement (less than 10ft from the water heater) I realized that it is both showers.
